Mrs. Jolly Amatya is a Nepalese finance and strategic management professional based in Lazimpat, Kathmandu, born on July 21, 1986. She holds an MBA in Finance from Kathmandu University School of Management (2011) and a BBA in Finance from Birganj Public College, Purbanchal University (2008).She is currently working as a Director of NRN Infrastructure and Development Ltd and is also serving as Chief Executive Officer at Asterisk Technology Pvt. Ltd. in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, since March 2021, where she leads teams, sets budgets, drives organizational vision and strategy, and oversees marketing and public relations. Previously, she spent nearly nine years (2012–2021) at Siddhartha Bank Limited as Assistant Relationship Manager in Corporate Credit, managing credit portfolios and risk analysis.

Her earlier roles include Officer-Customer Relationship at Clean Developers, Finance Controller Officer at Liana Trade Concern, and Placement Officer at the College of Software Engineering, along with internships at Nabil Bank and Nepal Investment Bank. She has managed notable projects for the Ncell Foundation and British Council, and possesses strong skills in leadership, client relationship management, and professional communication.
